In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Every effort is made to keep the website UpToDate and running smoothly.

A-Z Hire Ltd takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Our Prices:

All prices in the online store are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over €150. Prices are subject to change at any time. All prices are stated in Euros

Terms of Payment:

All sales are subject to pre-payment unless stated differently. Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this may delay the dispatch further.

Delivery Costs:

We offer free delivery on all orders over €150. We use 3rd party couriers for our of our delivery services. Customers will be informed of delivery charge before ordering and the delivery price will be calculated based on weight and delivery location.

All orders with products in stock can be dispatched same working day, orders made after 12.00 pm are sent next working day.

Our delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers cannot give specific delivery times.

Free delivery applies to orders under 30Kg and <1.8m long. These deliveries are dispatched via DPD or An Post within 1-2 days of order and are delivered in 2-5 working days depending on time of year and your location. For Christmas we advise you allow extra days for delivery.  

Can I collect in store:

Yes but please wait until you receive a confirmation mail. Don’t just show up as your product may not be ready. You will need to show this confirmation mail at time of collection

Delivery Area:

We deliver to all locations in Ireland. 

Damage or Shortage:

Customers are responsible to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 3 days of delivery. In case of defects it is advisable to attach a picture when making any claim

Notification of damage or shortages must be made to A-Z Hire within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Notification of a non-delivery must be made within 14 days of invoice date.

A-Z Hire will be responsible for:

Replace or repair the damaged or defective products at its cost
Deliver the replacement products to the customers at its cost.
We do not accept liability for any loss resulting from the customers failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of goods.


All products offered are subject to availability. Any delays in delivery of goods will be notified within 1 working day of receipt of order. Customers have the right to cancel at this time.


In order to receive a full refund – products must be returned in original, unopened and resalable packaging.

If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and a compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt of your products


If your product is faulty please contact us immediately and we will assess the problem. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for transporting and covering any delivery charges for the item/s to be returned to our store regardless of the warranty outcome. If the product is covered under manufacturer’s warranty we will cover all delivery and repair costs. If the problem is not covered under warranty, the repairs and delivery charges will need to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.

Governing Law:

The Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and a re-sellable condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
